National Theatre Holds Staff Sensitization Workshop on Reviewed Scheme of Service
The National Theatre of Ghana, in collaboration with the Public Services Commission (PSC), has successfully completed the review of its scheme of service — a significant step toward improving institutional structure, clarity, and staff performance.
To ensure a smooth transition and implementation, the Theatre’s management organized a two-day sensitization workshop for all staff members. The workshop was led by representatives from the PSC, who provided detailed explanations and engaged directly with staff to address questions and offer clarity.
The sessions created an open platform for dialogue, empowering staff with a deeper understanding of their roles and responsibilities under the updated scheme. The interaction also encouraged shared vision and accountability across departments.
According to management, the reviewed scheme of service is expected to enhance productivity, efficiency, and alignment across the Theatre’s operations, ultimately contributing to better service delivery and organizational growth.
This initiative reflects the Theatre’s commitment to institutional excellence and staff development.
