CLEANERS / CLEANING CONTRACT

The National Theatre invites eligible individual/service providers to indicate their interest in providing Cleaning Services for National Theatre-produced events. Interested consultants/individuals should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services of cleaners for events.

Terms of Reference

Undertake cleaning services at the National Theatre before, during and after programmes under the terms and conditions to be determined by the Theatre.

 

Requirements

Proven track record with references to delivering large-scale cleaning services in either the private or public sector

Available and accessible at all times

Have good reputation

 

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

Must keep the place clean during and after programs

Must be accessible and available in a timely manner

Arrange chairs and tables where needed and cart them away

The schedule number of cleaners to be required will be determined by the National Theatre

Supervision of the cleaning crew will be done by the National Theatre

Specific areas to be covered include program venues, and washrooms,

 

Duration

One (1) year, subject to renewal based on performance (as needed basis)

 

Terms of Payment: The amount payable per cleaning crew will be negotiated by the parties.
